We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information are accurate. However:
- Product availability is subject to change without notice
- Inventory is limited and may sell out
- Images are representative and may not reflect minor packaging variations
Brick Crossing reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Brick Crossing reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors. Brick Crossing does not store full payment card details.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
Brick Crossing reserves the right to:
- Refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or inventory
- Limit quantities purchased per customer or per order
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Shipping
Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
While Brick Crossing takes care to package orders properly, delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays or weather conditions.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, except as otherwise required by law.

Returns and refunds are governed by Brick Crossing’s Refunds & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
