1. Overview
Brick Crossing is committed to providing a clear and transparent purchasing experience. Please review this Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
This policy applies to all purchases made through the Brick Crossing website. Brick Crossing operates exclusively as an online retailer and does not maintain a physical storefront.
2. Authenticity & Product Condition
All products sold by Brick Crossing are authentic LEGO® products.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page:
- Sets are new and factory sealed
- Sets have not been opened or modified
Please note:
- Original packaging may show minor shelf wear
- Minor box wear is common and does not affect the contents or build experience
- Box condition is not considered a defect unless explicitly disclosed on the product listing
3. Returns Eligibility (Non-Damaged Items)
Returns for non-damaged items may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
- The item is unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received
- The factory seal remains fully intact
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- The item is packaged and shipped back with the same level of care used by Brick Crossing when shipping to the customer
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or unsealed LEGO® sets
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling or insufficient return packaging
- Items where packaging condition was clearly disclosed prior to purchase
- Clearance or final sale items (if designated at time of sale)
5. Return Authorization & Initiation Process
Brick Crossing does not accept unsolicited or unauthorized returns.
To initiate a return or damaged shipment claim, customers must:
- Contact Brick Crossing through the website contact form or email info@brickcrossing.com
- Include the order number and reason for the request
- Await return authorization and further instructions before shipping any item
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
6. Damaged Shipments (Shipping-Related Damage)
Brick Crossing takes care to package all orders using a protective double-boxing method to minimize shipping damage.
If an item arrives damaged beyond normal packaging wear:
- Customers must notify Brick Crossing within 48 hours of delivery
- Customers must provide clear photographic evidence, including:
- External shipping box condition (before opening)
- Internal packaging condition (upon opening)
- Product box condition after removal from the shipping box
Each claim will be reviewed by Brick Crossing personnel.
Resolution Process for Damaged Items:
- If the same SKU is available in stock, an exchange may be offered at Brick Crossing’s discretion
- If an exchange is not available:
- Brick Crossing will provide a return shipping label
- A refund will be issued after the damaged item is received and inspected
Claims submitted without the required documentation or outside the 48-hour window may be denied.
7. Return Shipping & Fees (Non-Damaged Returns)
For approved, non-damaged returns:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit
Brick Crossing is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping method.
8. Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
- Refund amounts will reflect any applicable restocking fees or deductions
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting Brick Crossing as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Refunds & Returns Policy.

Brick Crossing is an independent reseller of LEGO® products and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The LEGO Group or any of its subsidiaries.
